FAQ

  1. Before you can start shopping, make sure you have registered an account on Replace Store name.
  2. Browse through our categories/sub-categories or use the search bar to find your favorite products.
  1. Click on “My Account” and click on “My Orders “in the drop-down.
  2. Once you see your order, click the “Cancel” button & fill out the cancellation request form.
  3. Choose the item(s) you need to cancel. 
  4. Make sure you read and agree with the cancellation policy. 
  5. Select your cancellation reason. 
  6. Click on “Submit”. 

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase with us. The order amount is inclusive of all taxes and shipping fees. In case your order is delivered partially you will be required to pay only for the item that has been delivered to you. The order amount will be mentioned on the parcel and the invoice. Please note that we will never ask you to pay extra cash to the rider.

Items sourced from different brands are often shipped separately to make sure that there is no delay in the fulfillment of your order. Rest assured that you will get all your items within the delivery period mentioned on the product page of those items. Delivery charges confirmed at the time of order placement are spread throughout your order.

To track your order status, simply click on Track Your Order on the top of the page and enter Order ID or Billing email address for tracking

Delivery timelines are the estimated number of days for your product to be delivered to your doorstep. These timelines are based on business days and exclude public holidays and Sundays.
